St. Peter’s 2026-27 Back-To-School Reminders

It’s almost that time of year again! We couldn’t be more excited to welcome new and existing students to St. Peter’s Boys High School once again. Here are some reminders and updates for the 2026-27 school year.

  1. Orientation Days: Summer Dress Code is required for ALL grades on each day; students should bring a pen to write their schedules and names in textbooks, along with a folder or bag to carry distributed materials. All upperclassmen should bring a school lock. (See #7 below).
    1. Freshman – Thursday, Sept. 10 at 8:30 a.m. & Friday, Sept. 11 at 9:30 a.m.
    2. Sophomores – Thursday, Sept. 10 at 10:30 a.m.
    3. Juniors – Thursday, Sept. 10 at 9:30 a.m.
    4. Seniors – Friday, Sept. 11 at 8:30 a.m.
  1. The first day of classes is on Monday, Sept. 14. Homeroom begins at 8:10 a.m. Students must be in homeroom by 8:10 a.m., or they will receive detention.
  1. STP’s School Cell Phone Policy now applies to seniors as well. Phones will be collected at the beginning of the day and given back to students at the end of the school day. Seniors’ phones will be distributed at the end of 6th Period. In the event a parent needs to contact their child, they must contact the office. If students need to contact their parents, they will be allowed to call from the Guidance or Main office.
  1. The following forms from the summer packet are due upon return:
    1. Medical Form
    2. Discipline Form
    3. Community Service Form
    4. Parent Club Form
  1. Remind students to complete their summer work, as 15% of their first-marking-period grade will be associated with the summer reading.
  1. Please make sure students arrive on their first day of classes, September 14, with notebooks/binders, pens, pencils, folders, a calculator and a charged device.
  1. Upperclassmen should bring school locks on Sept. 10 and 11. If students need to purchase locks, they can do so on Monday, Sept. 14 — Used: $7; New: $9.
  1. Students must return neatly groomed, with NO EARRINGS and clean-shaven. Band-Aids and covers cannot be worn over earrings.
  1. Freshmen, please remember to purchase school uniform shoes at Flynn & O’ Hara. Please refer to the packet received at freshman orientation for the dress code details.
  1. Please be sure to make your July and August tuition payments if you haven’t already done so. Families that have not made these payments will not be able to start school in September. The next payment is due on Sept. 1.
